Gore Yoga Classes are held weekly with Jodie at 63 Main Street, Gore.

These classes are open to everyone. Jodie is wonderful at supporting beginners, offering clear guidance, modifications, and adjustments tailored to your body. She also provides options to extend and challenge those with more experience. This means the Beginners classes are truly suitable for every body — regardless of age, stage of life, or physical condition. You may even surprise yourself with what you can achieve.

Classes run in 6-week blocks, followed by a 2-week break. Each session is thoughtfully designed to help you feel better mentally, physically, and spiritually, creating a well-rounded experience that supports your overall well-being. And of course, the temple massage at the start is always a highlight!
