Jodie has been practising Yoga for over 15 years, is a Qualified Level 2 Hatha Yoga Teacher and brings a wealth of knowledge and fun to share. Yoga is for everyone of all fitness levels, stage of life, injury rehabilitating, health issues or just looking for some you time, some peace among a busy life. Jodie creates a grounded, loving space to practice Yoga with other like-minded, positive people.
