Thank you for your interest in Mums, Bubs and Toddlers Yoga!!!

This class has naturally evolved from our Mums and Bubs Yoga class and is now open to Toddlers too which is making it more accessible for other Mums to join in. Every week is different and we go with the flow of the little ones, but you can expect to enjoy many physical, mental and emotional benefits from the class’s. 

Either bring your baby, bring your baby and toddler, or just bring your toddler/s. Either baby rests on their blanket on the front of your mat or maybe in their capsule or pram, maybe you might walk to class first and bring baby asleep. Toddlers enjoying playing with their toys and my daughter Mindy or they often pull all the Yoga props out and play, just be kids together, some of the older Toddlers sometimes join in on the Yoga poses too which is super cute, and you can even encourage them to be on your mat or beside you and join in the Yoga or climb on Mummy, whatever works for this class works and each week will be different. 

The main focus on this class is for Mum to have some time to focus on her body and calm the mind, learning to calm the mind and stay centred amongst the outside noises of the world or of Babies and Toddlers. A lot of Mum’s worry about how their little one will behave in class, but most of the time they are just intrigued and watch Mum or play with their toys and they subconsciously chill with the relaxing music playing in the background and if they don’t then that’s ok too, we’ll make it work.   

Increase your physical strength and flexibility. Release those tight shoulders and backs from carrying little ones, or feeding in strange positions etc. We do breathing exercises to help balance the mind, SO great for those sleepless nights, and we can practice at home for inner strength and generating more energy when we start to run on empty as Mum’s during those times of physical exhaustion. Pelvic floor exercises, which are so important before and after birth. You will learn some natural tips and tricks for everyday life….. along with much, much more. You will also be spending 1 hour quality time on yourself and little one/s without a mobile phone or other distractions.

These are relaxed classes, if you are running late, no problems, still join us, if you need to feed little one mid-class, no problems, if you need to change baby, no problems… you bring your drink bottle and snacks if you need them. You can bring some small toys or books for the little ones. If you need to bring bub in the pram because they are asleep, no problems. If bub falls asleep on the mat, no problems. Life happens, and Yoga helps us learn to go with the flow. Whatever you need, you bring to class with you, these are supportive classes for your health, Physical, Mental, Emotional, Spiritual – Yoga means Union, Union of mind, body, soul and all things. These classes over time will help you personally develop in positive ways if you let them, and they are really fun!!

Weekly classes 10am – 11am, at the James Cumming Wing.

Pricing:

6 Pass – $65
(Commit to the 6 classes within a 6 week block, only used for Mums and Bubs Class’s. If you can’t make it one week you can join us through a Facebook Live, or video afterwards. Expires after the 6 block, 6 consecutive weeks).

Casual Drop in Class – $15

OR some other flexible options 

4 Pass – $52
(4 casual classes, valid within an 6 week block, only used for Mums and Bubs Class. Expires after the 6 block, 6 consecutive weeks).

10 Pass – $150
(10 casual classes, valid 1 year, can also be used for other Yoga classes).
