Gentle exercise in Pregnancy makes you feel good. Improves circulation and keeps you healthy.
Regular exercise tones your muscles and keeps you supple. Helps your body get into good condition for labour and the post-natal recovery.
It improves posture and backache, maintains and increases flexibility- less stiffness.
Increases feeling of well-being reduces stress and anxiety, as you exercise chemicals secreted by the brain help you to feel good and relaxed.
Improves co-ordination and balance.
You will learn
- Strengthening poses to prepare you for birth and beyond.
- Develop a deeper connection with your body and baby.
- Rest, rest, rest…. learn to quieten your mind and honour your body.
- Breathing techniques to support birth and beyond.
- Ayurveda and Motherhood.
- Encouraging take home notes each week to support Pregnancy & Birth.
- Pelvic floor exercises.
- Calm your Nervous System and reduce Anxiety & Depression.
- Feel empowered & positive ready for the arrival of bubs.
- * If you can’t make class one week, we’ll video record it so you can practice at home.
