To finish 2019 we have a 3 week block of something a little different. Running from 25th & 27th November until 9th & 11th December. The 3 week Trinity Yoga Block will build each week and it’s wonderful to commit to the 3 weeks as a block, or just do single classes that suit.
Monday 6.30pm – 7.45pm – Partner Yoga (Slightly more advanced, great for those with some previous Yoga experience)
Wednesday 6pm – 7.15pm – Beginners Partner Yoga (Perfect for someone who’s never even done Yoga before).
Wednesday 7.30pm – 8.45pm – Extra Relaxation (Meditation, Yoga Nidra & Breathwork, perfect for anybody to attend).
Why not do Double Wednesday? – 6pm – 8.45pm – Attend both Wednesday classes.
(Class 1 being more physical work and Class 2 more Meditation and Extra Relaxation.
Your bound to sleep well after Double Wednesday).
*With any of the Partner Yoga Classes you are still welcome to join these classes but practice a solo practice on your own, using the class’s as a place to motivate you to get on the mat and be prompted with poses to practice. But I do recommend trying Partner Yoga – you’ll love it!
