Yoga was originally only practiced by Men, but in the Western world it has become very popular with Woman looking for balance among our Modern World.

Beginners Yoga Classes
There are 2 Beginners Yoga classes running weekly on Wednesday nights, either 6pm or 7.30pm, at the Gore Racecourse. These classes run in 6 week blocks and you can commit to a full 6 week block or come casually any week that suits.
Mums and Bubs Yoga
Mums, Bubs and Toddlers Yoga runs Wednesdays 10.30am at The Gore Racecourse.
You can expect to stretch and flex your body, increasing physical strength and flexibility. Releasing those tight shoulders and backs from carrying baby, and feeding in strange positions etc. We do breathing exercises to help balance the mind, SO great for those sleepless nights, we can practice at home for inner strength and generating more energy when we start to run on empty as Mum’s during those times of physical exhaustion. Pelvic floor exercises, which are so important after birth. We will learn Baby Massage, some natural tips and tricks for everyday life….. along with much, much more. We will also be spending 1 hour quality time on ourselves and our baby without a mobile phone or other distractions.
