Yoga at Work

Would you love Yoga at work? 

With an increasing number of businesses reaching out to bring yoga into their workplaces, to support the health and wellbeing of their employees. We’d love to come to your workplace too.

We already run Corporate Yoga sessions for one off events that Businesses might be running. But Workplace Yoga Series will be shorter sessions, no mats, no props, keeping it simple, stop, drop tools, pause, breathe, stretch, break up your day, reset the mind and then ‘GO’ on with your day in a more productive way. These sessions have no extra fluff and are perfect for Men and Woman, for everyone to increase mobility and clear thinking. 

These sessions will run weekly in a Block, Jodie will pop into your office/workplace in Gore, for a 10 minute or 25 minute weekly session, where the workplace will drop tools, and participate in some breathing and stretching exercises. Each week will be different and will give you ideas to carry on with as a team after the Workplace Yoga Series has finished. Jodie encourages you to continue with a routine in your office weekly/daily, with the support of online Workplace Yoga Video series, or other tools – the key is actually making the time and discipline to ‘DO IT’.

If you have a larger workplace, you may consider breaking your team in half, and having one session whilst the other half continues to work, and then swapping over.

    I really enjoy Jodie’s yoga classes, I have limited mobility and can’t get up and down off the mat easily, but Jodie has supported me with modifications, a chair, and other props and I’m able to do most of the class content, and just modify with poses that aren’t accessible for my knees and hips.

    Everyone has noticed a good increase in my mobility since joining and I think the key is being consistent, showing up each week. Even when I’m too sore or in a crap headspace, I always feel better after class, and am glad I made the effort.
