Casual - $18 6 Class Yoga Pass

10 Class Yoga Pass5 Pass

Yoga Class’s run in 6 week blocks that build each week, it’s best if you can come to all 6 and progress throughout. Come along with some goals in mind and use it as a place to watch and reflect on your growth in a 6 week time frame.
 
Either join us weekly, physically in class for 6 weeks on a 6 Pass for $100 + receive bonus online video replays to practice at home in between or if you have to miss a physical class. (only valid 6 wk block) 
 
Or join us sporadically on a 10 Pass $190 (valid 1 year) we punch off your card each class you attend.

Or come to casual one off classes for $25.

Lastly an option to join us ONLINE ONLY, practice from videos inside a private facebook group. You keep access to the videos for 8 weeks, until the next block starts. (Or if your not on Facebook, you can receive a direct link the day after). $30 (valid 6wk block only).

You should feel a sense of calm and balance in your mind and body as you leave class. All levels welcome, we can modify for injuries and all body types in any class. Classes run in 6 week blocks, 6 weeks of Yoga classes and then 2 weeks off (These classes run to the schedule of my partners shift work, not the school timetable, so do check your calendar before committing).

Yoga 1 on 1

If you aren’t ready to join a public class or just want some extra attention to develop your practice and alignment correctly, then please book a 1 on 1 Yoga Session. 1 hour – $120. You can also book a 1 hour Yoga Session for you and 1 friend for $160, so you can share the cost but benefit from a small intimate class, giving you lots of extra attention and privacy.

These Yoga classes incorporate an emphasis on relaxation at the start and end of class so you activate your parasympathetic nervous system and practice your Asana in between from a space of deeper awareness.
